Dry Dreding Mix
Make it ahead of time, use what you need, and store the rest in an air tight jar. This recipe makes about 3.5 cups of dry dredging mix.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs plain
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon smoked paparika
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon creole seasoning I used Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning recipe
Instructions

  1. Combine all above ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Store mixture in air tight container.

  3. Pour what you need into a bowl or a dish, to use for dredging. Do not return contaminated/used dredging material to storage container.

Recipe Notes

You can try adding extra creole seasoning, your favorite steak seasoning, or some fresh parsley.

The creole seasoning I used is Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning.
