In medium bowl, thoroughly combine broccoli florets, vegetable oil and kosher oil. Ensure all of broccoli florets are covered with oil.
Pour broccoli florets into air fryer basket (or cooking pan).
Cook at 400F for about 7-10 minutes, depending on size of broccoli florets. Smaller florets will need less time (if you are unsure, start with less time and more if needed). About halfway through cooking, toss the broccoli to mix and turn over florets. Broccoli is finished cooking when it looks browned crispy on the flower end, and tender on the stalk end (or until you like it).
